Welcome to Seaside Pen Shop!

This whole adventure began with a medical procedure, pain meds, my love of pens and paper, and writing.

Having recently returned to fountain pens after a decade of those other pens, I was just learning about the new and rediscovering the old of the fountain pen world...and I unexpectedly had to have a surgery that necessitated some pain meds during recovery. Apparently while under the influence of those meds I became a compulsive shopper of fountain pens and accessories...but it wasn't just that...I was looking for (and finding) unusual and discounted items from stores around the world. I accidentally found a hobby that is making me really happy. 

I really didn't want to start shipping these things all over the world to do returns so I set myself up on ebay and started selling. I had hoped to pass on some good pricing and hard to find items. After a couple of months I saw that the hosting site was making an awful lot of money that could be better sale pricing. So here I am... learning how to set up on my own store and continuing to buy fun stuff. 

I continue to look for and buy items I would want and hopefully you want them as well!
