Montblanc Heritage Nibs😍

A collectors thoughts...usually I prefer large nibs. The bigger the better ( I am talking about you Emperor!❤️) but these gold Heritage nibs from Montblanc have blindsided me! I have a Heritage Baby and thought it was exceptional and then I picked up a 1912 Heritage at auction and it's just as amazing. When I buy used pens at auction I test them for a couple of weeks to be sure they write well and don't have any leaks so I get to write with a lot of pens. I find that I can usually anticipate how a nib will write from looking at it, not the case here. Now I find myself wondering what is it about these little nibs that makes them feel so bouncy. I assume it has to do with its shape but I have no skills or knowledge in that area to back that up. All I know is that I am starting to want to keep this one😂
