This very rare one pen pouch is a made in Italy Linen with the embroidered design of the hills and ocean of LA... with the Montblanc name also embroidered on it. This zip closure covers the leather interior with one pen sleeve and a leather flap to cover the pen while closed. I could not get a definite answer as to this series and its availability but it appears to be limited in geographical distribution and run size. MB 199239
